It can be quite overwhelming as some simple online searches will yield 50 or more new home communities. An example of a well thought out community is the Belmont Country Club in Ashburn. The idea was to create an amazing golf course community with all the amenities you could hope for. They did this with an 18-hole Arnold Palmer Signature golf course. They, Toll Brothers, also created a fantastic Clubhouse with swimming and tennis. That is one community with an eye towards privacy, luxury, and relaxation.

Schools
There are three high schools: Briar Woods High School, Broad Run High School and Stone Bridge High School. There are four middle schools and many elementary schools.
