They have clustered homes in groups with open land between them as opposed to all the homes grouped in one location. The community itself has a common pool and more. They layout is unlike many others as the builder left a significant amount of open space. Instead of developing every square inch they decided to cluster the homes in groups and leave large untouched areas between them. The feeling is much like a country setting and almost as if you are leaving and entering multiple developments as you travel between them. This area is also not developed with internal shopping so it is clearly a home only community with a nice peaceful setting although close to everything you could need.
